I found out about the party late.  Can I still get in?
Contact us at (412) 503-7683 and we will let you know if there are any open Party Pod SpotsTM.  

What should I bring?
If you would like to sit, please bring a small lawn chair that will fit inside your 3-foot circle.  Due to limited space and health department restrictions, no other items can be brought in.  (tables, corn hole games, frisbees, etc.) When this crisis passes, we can have fun with all of those things again.

Do you have restrooms?
Yes!  Bathroom facilities are available.  Due to current health risks and health department mandates, only employees are permitted inside the building.  As a result, fresh clean portable facilities will be available for your use.

We are celebrating a birthday.  Can I bring a cake?
No outside food is permitted other than a dessert to celebrate a special occasion. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing something and we will make room for it in our coolers.  Because of current health risks, only cupcakes or pre-cut and plated cake pieces are permitted, so they may be presented to guests individually.  Once this crisis passes, we will be back to blowing out candles!


What is the cancellation policy?
Sometimes things come up and plans change.  If you cannot make it, please contact us AT LEAST an hour BEFORE the start of the party to let us know.  Provide your full name, phone number, and email address.  Reservation deposits are not refundable, but IF there is an open space on the morning of a party day, you may be able to claim it.  Open spots will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis.  Just contact us to request a reservation the morning of the party to see if there is an open spot.  Alternatively, you may get a take out order to utilize your deposit amount.  Deposits must be used within 21 days.

How do I reserve a Party Pod SpotTM?
Reservations are easy to make.  Due to a limited supply of spaces, they book up very quickly…so do not delay.

You will receive a call in 24-48 hours to confirm the details of your reservation and to process your deposit*.  The deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill the day of the party.  *Reservations are not confirmed until payment is processed.

I have a group of friends planning to come.  How do I reserve multiple spots?
Party Pod SpotsTM are reserved only once payment has been processed.  You can choose to reserve YOUR spot or spots for everyone in your party.  Spots are reserved on a first come-first serve basis.  If you choose to reserve your spot only, we will tentatively set aside a Party PodTM to fit your group of 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8.  To claim the remaining spots, ALL members of your group will need to request a reservation within 24 hours.  At the end of the 24-hour period, friends can request to be seated near you.  We will do our best to accommodate the request but, due to limited availability, the larger Party PodsTM may already be filled, resulting in your group being a bit more spread out.  To make group reservations easy, you can “name” your group and have your friends reference that when they make their requests.  For example, you can call yourselves the “Party Animals”.  When your friends request a reservation, they will just let us know that they are part of the “Party Animals” group and we will be sure to keep you together for the party.

Hey guys!  I have a reservation started for our Grove party on PARTY DATE AND TIME.  I have requested a special Party PodTM that seats NUMBER OF PEOPLE.  We are listed under the name “YOUR GROUP NAME”.  Please be sure to reference this when you request a reservation.  And HURRY! ALL reservations are on a first come, first serve basis and they will do their best to meet our request.  Be sure to get your reservation request in by TIME 24 HOURS FROM NOW.  Spots are very limited, so this will give us the best chance of sitting together.

Where do I park?
Parking for Linden Grove events is in the Memorial Hall parking lot on Grove Road across from the Linden Grove.  Parking is only $2.  There is a self-serve kiosk that accepts cash and credit.  Place your printed ticket on your dashboard to prove payment.
